The Story of
PAPER
There are many types of wastepaper in daily life, primarily made by extracting fibers from various plants or recycled paper. These fibers undergo multiple processes, including soaking, cooking, bleaching, pulping, papermaking, pressing, and drying, to reorganize the original fibers into new paper. This paper is then processed into different paper products, such as cardboard and coated paper.

INSIDE
Paper Fibers
BEFORE RECYCLING

Remove any non-paper items like tape, paper clips, staples
AFTER RECYCLING
Paper shredded into small pieces and pulped with water and chemicals
Coloring agents may be added / may undergo a bleaching process to achieve a brighter appearance
Fed onto a continuously moving sire mesh belt or screen to bond the fibers
Separate the fibers and screen to remove inks and other contaminants

The sheet is pressed to extract excess water, then rolled and heated to produce recycled paper
