The Loops Apps
1. Order for a Simple Recycling Service
Users need to order recycling bags within the app, and we will deliver the bag(s) and the courier ID tag(s) to the location specified by the user within 2-3 working days.
Each recycling bag can hold up to 200 liters of recyclables, with a total weight not exceeding 20 kilograms. No sorting is required; just place all recyclables into the recycling bag. Once full, you can arrange for the bag to be sent back to The Loops.
Delivery instructions:
Customers will receive the green recycling bag and the courier ID tag within 2-3 working days after receiving the confirmation email.
1. Users do not need to sort items; however, ensure that the total weight of cosmetics, ceramics, batteries, and X-ray films does not exceed 10 KG, and the total weight of each bag does not exceed 20 KG.
2. Once the recycling bag is filled, securely close it and attach the ID hook.

4. Click on "Send Single Recycling" - “Enter the registration number” - “Enter the registered address for verification”
5. Recycling times are Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm.
6. After scheduling, you will receive confirmation of the recycling date via WhatsApp within 1-2 working days. There will also be a reminder before the recycling date.
7. Please place the recycling bag outside the door on the recycling day.
8. The collector will pick up the recycling bag at your door. Please pay attention to your phone for security clearance notifications.
9. You will receive a notification after the completion of the recycling.
*Contact customer service to arrange a designated pick-up date for more than 4 recycling bags for a single collection.
*Discovery Bay and Park Island are not within the recycling service area.

We collect over 40 types of recyclables, including Plastic, Polyfoam, Tetra Pak, Chips Bag, Paper, Metal, Glass, Ceramic, Rechargeable/ Single Use Battery, Wood, Clothes, Electronic Devices, Cosmetic, X-ray film, Tennis Ball, and more.

4. Get Ready
Once users have their recycling bags ready, they can hang the tag and schedule a delivery via WhatsApp.
5. Precise Sorting
The recyclables will be taken to our 3,500 ft facility in San Po Kong. Our sorting specialists will carefully categorize the recyclables into premium grades.
For example, plastics are sorted into categories like pure white PP (No. 5 plastic), pure transparent PP, and more, totaling over 40 types of recyclable items.
6. Special Service
Users do not need to clean cosmetic products and aerosol cans themselves.
We have various tools, solutions, and techniques for processing these items. The solutions used to handle cosmetics will be treated with coagulants, filtered, and reused to prevent water pollution.
7. Recycling
The recyclables will eventually be sent to various specialized local recycling facilities for further processing, such as Mil Mill, Success Grand, Missing Link, and more.
Items that can be reused will be further cleaned and disinfected by The Loops before being redistributed to those in need.
