The Story of
PVC
PVC is a type of plastic which contains chlorine, making it less flammable. When exposed to a flame, it produces black smoke with a strong odor, and it will extinguish itself once removed from the fire.
In addition to being available in both rigid and flexible forms and having a low cost, PVC has another significant advantage that makes it widely used in industry: PVC glue. This glue allows for easy bonding of two pieces of plastic, giving it an irreplaceable role in engineering.

Chlorine
BEFORE RECYCLING
Due to the toxicity of PVC, do not mix it with other plastics for recycling!

Wash, clean, and remove any contaminants
AFTER RECYCLING

The chlorine PVC releases during the heat melting process can lead to chlorine gas poisoning
Using sealed heat melting and cooling machines can facilitate the recycling of PVC
Ensure the PVC are clean and is sorted separately
